Everyone wants to live longer. But some casual foods almost any Nigerian eats can shorten your life in some way. So you should better limit its consumption.

1. Soda

The worst thing about soda is an amount of sugar in it. Some studies showed that 3-4 glasses of soda per day make you age 4-6 years faster. It is almost the same amount of aging as smoking. And if you prefer diet soda with no sugar, you are 67% more risky to get type 2 diabetes.

Forget about such meat products like sausages, hot dogs, salami and pepperoni. Researchers state that you should better limit the consumption of this kind of foods up to one time a month or even stop eating it at all.

3. Red meat

Except adding some extra weight to your butt, sweets can add some years to your face as well. Too much sugar can result in a loss of radiance, dark circles under the eyes, loss of tone, puffiness, an increase in fine lines and wrinkles and a loss of facial contours and increased pore size.

Drinking some dark-colored beverages through a straw can prevent stains on your teeth, but it can cause premature wrinkles around the mouth. The same thing is with smoking.
