Nigeria Allocates 8% On Education?

 

Ghana allocates 30% on eductaion, Uganda allocates 27%, South Africa allocates 25.8%, Swaziland allocates 24.6%, Lesotho allocates 17% while Nigeria allocates 8%. Is this where our problems lie?
